These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IdeaGrab mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using IdeaGrab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

IdeaGrab provides AI-powered tools designed to help users capture, organize, summarize, and process video content efficiently.

2. Account Registration and Subscription Model

Free Access: Basic features of IdeaGrab can be accessed and used without registering an account.

Premium Subscription: Access to advanced features, including AI-powered summaries, requires a paid subscription and mandatory account registration. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.

Individual Use: Accounts are strictly for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing account access to third parties is expressly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Billing Cycle: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, with options available for monthly or annual billing plans.

Authorized Payments: Users must provide valid, authorized payment details. The use of fraudulent, fake, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, and we reserve the right to seek further legal remedies.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund policy for new premium subscribers. However, we reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that a user has abused the system (e.g., through automation, scraping, or account sharing) during those first 30 days.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Except as provided under the 30-day refund policy, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Fair Use and AI Content Policy

To maintain high service quality and control operational costs, IdeaGrab enforces a Fair Use Policy:

Automated Exploitation Prohibited: You may not use scripts, bots, or unauthorized automation to generate excessive transcriptions or API requests.

AI Output Disclaimer: IdeaGrab relies on third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to clean, translate, and format video transcripts. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI-generated output will be completely error-free or free from hallucinations. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

5. Intellectual Property and User Content

User Ownership: You retain full ownership of any content, text, or notes you capture or create using IdeaGrab.

Proprietary Technology: All software, design aesthetics, user interfaces, branding, and underlying technology of IdeaGrab are the exclusive property of the developer. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of our proprietary systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of IdeaGrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any legal action, dispute, or claim arising from the use of this Service shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in Colombia.
